SPIROHEAT Elements are manufactured from BETA Silicon Carbide and are available in a very large range of sizes form 12mm to 50mm diameters and in lengths of up to 2250mm.

SPIROHEAT Elements perform better and last longer because of  their superior structure, greater uniformity, additional strength, high resistance to thermal shock and slow, uniform ageing characteristics. They have greater resistance to oxidization, detrimental conditions and process contaminants. Not only do they increase less in resistance but the change is uniformly slow through the life of the Element. In addition, SPIROHEAT Elements permits more precise temperature control with fewer voltage adjustments because of the superior uniformity and temperature stability through a single element and from element to element.

SPIROHEAT Elements are available in different configurations for connections from two ends or from one end.
