Silcarb has been in the field of furnace manufacturing form the year 1999. We have upwards of 1500 furnaces currently operating in India and all over the world. The main purpose of an industrial furnace is to attain high processing temperatures for heat treatment or melting purposes. Industrial furnaces are mainly used for temperatures above 500° C. Silcarb designs and manufactures industrial furnaces based on different aspects like fuel type, heating duty, its function, type of application, etc.
Some of the common atmospheres for industrial furnaces are inert, oxidising, reducing, salt bath and vacuum. We provide an inbuilt programmable controller to adjust the temperature and temperature stability. Silcarb manufactures furnaces with different kinds of refractory materials which are produced in house. The heating elements used in the furnaces are also produced in house with good quality ceramic material. Silcarb provides choices of heating electric or resistance, arc, radiation heating and gas fired. We purchase all our ceramic raw materials from the best sellers.
We have a dedicated design team which forms the core of our furnace business. We have an experienced fabrication team with an extensive fabrication set up covering over 40,000 square feet. We have our own in-house machine centre where all critical products are machined.
We do all refractory installation with our core team which have been with Silcarb from inception.
We have service centres all over India where we attend calls overnight.
